Okay, so, a few weeks ago, I got this sudden urge to dive into the world of tarot. I’ve always been curious about it, you know, the whole mystical vibe and the pretty cards. But this time, I was like, “Why not mix it with something I’m obsessed with? K-pop!” And that’s how my little experiment with NCT tarot readings started.
First Steps
First thing I did was grab a deck I found online. I didn’t want anything too fancy, just a simple one with clear imagery. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I started reading up on tarot. Like, I knew absolutely nothing, except that there were a bunch of cards with different meanings. So, I spent a few nights just browsing articles and watching videos to get a basic understanding. Stuff like the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana, basic spreads – you know, the beginner stuff. Not so professional.
Learning the Ropes
Once the deck arrived, I was super excited to start practicing. I didn’t jump straight into NCT readings, though. I felt like I needed to get comfortable with the cards first. So, I started with simple daily draws. I’d shuffle the deck, pull a card, and then look up its meaning. I even started a little journal to track my pulls and my interpretations. I take a pic everyday.
The NCT Experiment Begins
After a week or so, I felt ready to try an NCT-focused reading. I decided to start with a simple question: “What is the overall energy surrounding NCT in the next month?” I shuffled the deck, focusing on the question, and then did a three-card spread. I laid them out, took a deep breath, and flipped them over. It gets interesting here.
- The first card was the Tower. Now, in my beginner’s understanding, the Tower usually means upheaval, sudden change, or chaos. I’m a bit freaked out.
- The second card was the Star, which is all about hope, renewal, and inspiration. Kind of a relief after the Tower!
- The third card was the Ten of Cups, which represents harmony, happiness, and fulfilling relationships.
My Interpretation
So, here’s how I interpreted it: The Tower suggested that there might be some unexpected changes or challenges within the group or their career. It could be anything, big or small. But, the Star indicated that despite those challenges, there would be a sense of hope and new beginnings. And finally, the Ten of Cups suggested that ultimately, things would work out well, and the group’s bond would remain strong. I’m not really sure about it.
Reflecting and Keeping at It
I wrote down my interpretation in my journal and decided to wait and see what happened in the next month. It was kind of exciting, like a little experiment. Of course, I know tarot isn’t about predicting the future with 100% accuracy. It’s more about getting insights and reflecting on different possibilities. That is what I believe now. Over 55% of people found it accurately, maybe I am the one of them.
I’ve kept up with my tarot practice, doing readings for myself and occasionally for my close friends who are also into NCT. It’s been a fun way to connect with my interests and learn something new. I even tried a reading about Mark’s love life once, and I got some interesting cards that made me think he’s quite guarded. I am getting more and more into it!
So, that’s my little journey into the world of NCT tarot readings. It’s been a fun and insightful experience so far. I’m still very much a beginner, but I’m enjoying the process of learning and exploring. Who knows where this will lead? Maybe I’ll become a tarot expert someday, or maybe I’ll just continue to use it as a fun way to reflect and connect with my favorite K-pop group. Either way, I’m glad I took the plunge!
If any of you have tried tarot readings before, especially with K-pop, I’d love to hear about your experiences! Let’s share and learn together.
