Okay, so, I’ve been hearing a lot about this “Nadi astrology” thing lately. Sounds a bit woo-woo, but hey, I’m open to new experiences. I decided to give it a shot and see what all the fuss is about. You know, just for kicks.
First things first, I had to find a Nadi reader. Apparently, these guys are mostly in India, and you can find them scattered about the place. Not many where I live, that’s for sure. After a bit of digging, I found a few that do online readings. Seemed legit enough.
I picked one, and sent them my details. Mostly just my thumbprint, believe it or not. It felt kinda weird scanning my thumbprint and sending it off into the ether, but whatever. I filled out some forms with my birth details as well, you know, the usual date, time, and place kind of stuff.
Then came the waiting. It took a couple of days for them to get back to me. They said they had to find my “leaf”. Apparently, Nadi astrology is based on these ancient palm leaves that have predictions written on them. Each leaf is supposed to correspond to a specific person. Sounds crazy, right?
Finally, I got an email saying they found my leaf! We scheduled a video call. I was a bit nervous, not gonna lie. The reader, a middle-aged Indian guy, was on the other end. He started by asking me a bunch of questions to verify that he had the right leaf. Questions about my parents, siblings, that sort of thing. Some of it was eerily accurate, other parts not so much.
He then started reading from the leaf, well, a translation of it, anyway. He spoke in this very formal, almost robotic tone. It was all about my past, present, and future. He talked about my personality traits, my career, my relationships, everything. Again, some things were surprisingly spot on. He mentioned a specific event from my past that not many people know about, which totally freaked me out a little.
- Past: Talked about my childhood, family dynamics, and some challenges I faced.
- Present: Described my current situation, job, and relationships.
- Future: Made predictions about what’s to come, including career changes, marriage, and even kids.
The whole reading took about an hour. Honestly, it was a bit overwhelming. It is a lot of information to take in all at once. I mean, he predicted the whole course of my life, basically. It is hard to know what to believe.
After the call, I spent a lot of time just processing everything. I wrote down all the predictions and compared them to my life as I know it. It was a mixed bag. Some things were just way off, but others… well, let’s just say they gave me goosebumps.
Did it change my life? Not really, not yet, anyway. But it definitely made me think. It is interesting to consider the possibility that our lives might be predetermined in some way. Or maybe it is all just a bunch of coincidences. Who knows.
Would I recommend it? I’m not sure. It is definitely a unique experience. If you are into this kind of thing, or if you are just curious, then maybe give it a try. Just go in with an open mind, and don’t take it too seriously. It is more of a fun experiment than a life-altering event, at least that is how it was for me.
I’m still processing the whole thing, to be honest. I might even do another reading sometime in the future, just to see if anything changes. We’ll see. For now, I’m just going to keep living my life, one day at a time, and see if any of those predictions actually come true.
