Okay, so, I got this book called “Parker’s Astrology” and I really wanted to dig into it. First off, I cracked open the book and started skimming through the pages. It’s got all this stuff about zodiac signs, planets, and houses.
I started with my own sign, you know, just to see if it really knows me. I read through all the descriptions and, well, some of it kinda fits, but other parts are way off. It’s like, they get some things right, but then they go on about stuff that’s just not me. It’s a mixed bag, really. The book goes into how planets and their positions affect people’s personalities.
So, I moved on to reading about the other zodiac signs. I wanted to see what the book says about my friends and family. It was pretty fun to see if their descriptions matched up with what I know about them. Some of them are spot on, it’s kinda freaky, but then others are like, “Who are they even talking about?”
- Checked my own sign’s description.
- Read about other signs to compare with people I know.
- Noticed the book talks a lot about planetary influences.
The book also dives into something called aspects, which are basically the angles between planets. It gets a bit complicated here, but I tried to follow along. They’ve got these things called “Mystic Rectangles”, which are supposed to be a big deal. It’s all about combining different types of aspects to form this pattern. Sounds kinda cool, but it’s a bit over my head, to be honest. I tried to understand it, read a little more, but felt a bit lost.
I also tried to check the parts about relationships, and find some information about shops in the book, but didn’t get much.
Then I started looking at the daily horoscope section. I flipped to today’s date and read what it says for my sign. It’s pretty general, you know? Like, “Today you might feel a bit more energetic,” or “Be careful with your finances.” It’s fun to read, but I don’t really take it too seriously. I mean, how can one prediction fit everyone of the same sign?
My Overall Impression
Honestly, the book is a fun read, but I wouldn’t base any big life decisions on it. It’s interesting to see how they describe different signs and the whole planetary influence thing is kinda cool. But at the end of the day, it’s more like entertainment than a guide for life. It feels like reading someone’s opinion about people based on stars. Interesting, but not something I’d bet on. That’s just my two cents on “Parker’s Astrology.”
