Okay, so today I decided to dive deep into the Aeon tarot card. I’ve been messing around with tarot for a while, but I really wanted to get a better feel for this one, you know?
My Little Experiment with The Aeon
First things first, I grabbed my favorite deck – the one I always use because it just feels right in my hands. I shuffled the cards, really focusing on what I wanted to learn about the Aeon. Just asking the universe, “Show me what I need to know!” Super simple, nothing fancy.
Then, I laid out a simple three-card spread. I like to keep things basic when I’m exploring a specific card. Past, Present, Future – easy peasy.
- Past: The card to appear before The Aeon Card.
- Present: The Aeon Card.
- Future: The card to appear after The Aeon Card.
I flipped over the cards, and boom, there it was – The Aeon staring right back at me in the “present” position. Kind of gave me chills, not gonna lie.
I spent a good chunk of time just looking at the card. Really taking in all the details. The imagery, the colors, everything. I even grabbed my tarot journal and jotted down some initial thoughts and feelings. Things like “big changes,” “new beginnings,” and “judgment” kept popping up.
Then, I started digging into some of my tarot books. I have a few favorites that I always go back to. I wanted to see what the “official” meanings were and how they lined up with my own gut feelings. It was cool to see how much of it resonated with my initial impressions.
After that, I decided to do a little meditation with the card. I just held it in my hands, closed my eyes, and let any images or messages come to me. It was pretty intense! I definitely felt a sense of closure and like something new was on the horizon. Not in a scary way, but more like an exciting, “Okay, let’s do this!” kind of way.
I finished up by writing down everything I’d experienced in my journal. All the insights, the feelings, the book stuff – everything. It’s always helpful to have it all in one place so I can go back and reflect on it later.
So yeah, that was my deep dive into The Aeon today. It was a really powerful experience, and I feel like I have a much better understanding of the card now. It’s all about those big life shifts and embracing the new, even if it’s a little intimidating at first. Pretty cool, right?
