Okay, so I’ve been on this job hunt for a while now, and it’s been, well, a rollercoaster. I’m not gonna lie, it’s tough out there. So, I decided to get a little creative, maybe a little “woo-woo,” and look into astrology to see if it could shed any light on when I might finally land a job.

First, I hit up Google. Just typed in “job astrology” and a bunch of stuff popped up. I mean, there are tons of sites and articles about this, which, honestly, was a little overwhelming at first.
I started by checking my own birth chart. I already knew my sun sign (obviously), but I wanted to dig deeper. I found my, uh, “rising sign” and my “moon sign”. Sounds important? I also look at which houses rule career stuff which seems to be a big deal.
I spent a good chunk of time, like, a lot of time, just reading about what all these placements mean. It’s like learning a whole new language! Some of it made sense, some of it felt like a stretch.
After I had, like, tried the whole basic stuff, I went look into some of the specifics. Like “transits.” I figured out what planets were where in the sky right now and how they supposedly interact with my chart. Sounds complicated? Because it is.

I did a few trials with some of online free tools, inputting my birth info, and seeing what the chart showed. And it’s a little bit different, and also, it changed a lot over time.
I’ve also looked at, I guess, my progressions. Kind of the same idea, but it’s, like, the chart moving forward in time, and I looked at what changed, and when.
I’m not gonna pretend I’m an expert now. Far from it. But, I do feel like I have, you know, maybe a little more insight, maybe a little more hope. It’s more about seeing possible opportunities and challenges, and just, having some kind of framework to think about the future.
So, will I find a job soon? I don’t know for certain. But playing around with astrology has given me something to focus on, and to be honest, it’s been kind of fun. At the very least, it’s made this whole stressful process a little more interesting. And who knows, maybe the stars really will align for me!
