Okay, so I’ve been messing around with tarot cards for a while, just for fun, you know? But lately, I’ve been thinking, “Could these cards actually tell me something about my money?” I mean, why not, right? So, I decided to try out this thing called a “tarot finance spread.”
Getting Started
First, I needed to find a good spread. I just went online searched, and found the spread that I like. I grabbed my favorite tarot deck – the one with the pretty artwork. Cleared a little space on my table, lit a candle (because, atmosphere!), and shuffled the cards while thinking about my finances.
The Reading
I laid out the cards according to this spread I chose. It had spots for things like:
- My Current Financial Situation: What’s going on with my money right now.
- Challenges: What’s blocking me or holding me back.
- Opportunities: What I can do to improve my money.
- Long-Term Outlook: Where things are heading.
Now, I’m no tarot expert, but I know the basic meanings of the cards. I looked at each card in its position and tried to figure out what it was saying about my money situation. Like, if I got the “Tower” card in the “Challenges” spot, I’d think, “Okay, maybe there’s some unexpected expense coming up, or maybe I need to shake things up.”
I didn’t just look at the cards individually. I also thought about how they related to each other. Did the cards in the “Challenges” spot seem connected to the “Opportunities” card in some way? Was there a story unfolding?
My Thoughts
Honestly, it was pretty interesting! The cards didn’t give me exact answers like, “You’re going to win the lottery next Tuesday!” But they did give me some things to think about. Like, maybe I need to be more careful with my spending, or maybe I should look for a new job that pays better.
It’s kind of like a brainstorming session with the universe, I guess. It helps you see things from a different perspective. I write down what I did, and will compare if I did it next time!
I’m definitely going to try this again. Maybe I’ll make it a monthly thing – a little financial check-in with my tarot deck. Who knows, maybe these cards will help me become a millionaire! (A girl can dream, right?)
