Alright, let’s talk about this here… uh… Bonefire somethin’-somethin’ deck. Yeah, Bonefire tarot deck, that’s it. My memory ain’t what it used to be, you know. Anyways, this thing, it’s like them cards people use to tell fortunes or somethin’. Don’t rightly know how it works, but folks say it does.
Now, this deck, it ain’t like them old-timey ones you see in movies. This one, it’s got pictures on it, like them tattoos them sailors used to get. You know, back in the day when folks used to sit by the fire, tellin’ stories and such. This artist lady, Gabi Angus-West, she made these cards. She’s real good at drawin’, I tell ya. Makes them pictures look real lively.
This deck, it’s got 78 cards. That’s a whole lotta cards, if you ask me. Each one got a different picture, and they all mean somethin’ different. They say it’s like, uh, inspired by some old-timey deck, Rider-Waite, they call it. But this one’s got more, you know, pizazz. More color, more… I dunno, more stuff to look at.
This Gabi lady, she paints them cards on a black background. Makes them colors pop, you see. And she uses them black borders too. Makes it look kinda fancy, I guess. Folks say this deck is good for, what they call, “self-discovery”. Sounds like a lot of mumbo-jumbo to me, but hey, if it helps people figure out their lives, more power to ‘em.
Now, this deck ain’t been around forever. It started out as just somethin’ you could get from this Gabi lady’s website, or on some app on your phone. You know, them fancy newfangled things young folks use. But now, you can get it from other places too. Guess it got popular or somethin’.

Anyways, this Bonefire tarot deck, it’s somethin’ different, that’s for sure. It ain’t your grandma’s tarot deck, that’s for darn sure. It’s modern, it’s colorful, and it’s got them tattoo pictures. If you’re into that kinda thing, you might like it. Me? I’ll stick to my coffee and gossip. But hey, to each their own, right? This deck, it seems to be makin’ folks happy, and that’s all that matters, I reckon.
