These horoscope folks, they give away a lot of free stuff. Like “birth chart calculators” and “zodiac sign compatibility.” I don’t even know what half that stuff means. And they got them “yes or no” tarot cards. Seems like a lot of fuss to me. If you wanna know if somethin’s a yes or no, just flip a coin! That’s what I always say.
They even got courses you can take! Courses on how to read the stars! Can you believe it? I learned everything I needed to know from my grandma, and she didn’t need no fancy courses. She just looked up at the sky and knew.

They talk about all them signs, like Virgo and whatnot. I’m a whatchamacallit… a Taurus, I think. Means I’m stubborn, they say. Well, I reckon I am, but ain’t nothin’ wrong with bein’ stubborn. You gotta be stubborn to survive in this world.
Just Look Up and Live Your Life
So, that’s my take on them horoscopes. You can read ’em if you want, but don’t take ’em too serious. Life ain’t written in the stars, it’s written in what you do every day. They don’t care what the stars say, they just want their supper.
