They got a whole bunch of these mind-helpers, they call them psychologists, yeah, that’s it. If you need one, you can look ’em up. They got a list, a directory, I hear. You just gotta put in what you need help with, like if you’re sad all the time, or if you’re worried sick about everything. Like, if you need someone good with kids or old folks.
This BAPA, it’s a big deal, I guess. They do a lot of things, not just helping folks find these mind doctors. They teach, they talk, they try to make things better for people with troubles up in their heads. Mental health crisis these days, it’s a bad thing. Too many people feeling bad, not enough people to help them, that’s what they say.

There are also those who give advice, but some don’t like that. Just make sure you find one that fits you, someone you feel okay with.
It ain’t easy, finding the right one. You might have to try a few before you find one you like. But don’t give up. Your head’s important, just like your body. You gotta take care of it. Finding the right therapist is hard. So many people need help, and not everyone is good at helping.
Some say they call and call, and no one answers. Or they get put on a waiting list, and they gotta wait forever. It’s a mess, I tell ya. But I always say, if one door is closed, try another. If you call, and no one replies, wait a bit, and try again. That’s what they say to do.
