Today I wanna talk about my experience with Broadmoor Psychological Services. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and stressed out, you know, the usual grind. A friend suggested I check out some professional help, so I started looking around.
I found Broadmoor Psychological Services, located over at 1229 Lake Plaza Dr Ste A in Colorado Springs. Seemed legit, and they had decent reviews, so I figured, why not? I gave them a call at (719) 900-1301 to ask around. They offer evaluations and testing for all sorts of things, like autism spectrum stuff and learning or academic testing. I guess they help people of all ages, which is cool.
The whole idea of seeking mental health help can be daunting. I mean, admitting you need help isn’t always easy. But the folks at Broadmoor Psychological Services seemed pretty compassionate from what I could gather.
They talked about creating a “safe and supportive environment” and all that, which honestly sounded pretty good to me. I learned that they have this whole system in place, you know, working with you to understand your issues. The new Broadmoor Hospital just opened in 2019, they have a whole bunch of teams working with patients.
From what I saw, Broadmoor Psychological Services, with NPI number 1932989522, is one of three high-secure hospitals in England. I booked my visit, and they do visits seven days a week, pretty convenient. Remember to book three days in advance.
I decided to give it a shot and scheduled an appointment. I’ll keep you guys posted on how it goes. It’s a bit nerve-wracking, but I’m hopeful that it’ll be a positive experience. Wish me luck!
