Okay, so, I got into this thing called “herbal astrology.” Sounds kinda out there, I know, but stick with me. It all started when I stumbled upon this blog post about matching herbs to your zodiac sign. I’m a Gemini, and apparently, rosemary is my herb. Who knew?
First, I dove deep into researching all these herbs. I mean, I was all over the place, reading about which herbs go with which sign, what they’re supposed to do for you, and all that jazz. It was a lot, to be honest. Gemini’s are supposed to be all about communication and mental agility, and rosemary is said to boost those traits. Makes sense, I guess.
Then, I got to work mixing up some concoctions. I’m not gonna lie; it felt a bit like being a mad scientist or something. I made some rosemary tea, and let me tell you, it was… interesting. Not my usual cup of tea, literally, but hey, I’m all about trying new things. I also experimented with some essential oils, spritzing rosemary around my workspace. Not sure if it made me any more brilliant, but my office did smell pretty nice.
The whole experience got me thinking about how we’re all connected to nature and stuff. Like, maybe there’s really something to this whole zodiac-herb connection. I read up on how the different astrological aspects are supposed to affect us and how herbs can play a role. Conjunctions, sextiles, squares – it’s like a whole other language. But it was kind of cool to see how it all supposedly fits together.
- Started with research – lots of it.
- Moved on to mixing teas and using essential oils.
- Reflected on the bigger picture of astrology and nature.
I also checked out some other herbs for different signs. Like, basil for Taurus – that’s supposed to be all about stability and grounding, which, knowing a few Tauruses, totally checks out. And then there’s cilantro for Aries, which is all fiery and energetic. I didn’t try all of them myself, but it was fun to learn about them.
I even looked into adaptogenic herbs – ashwagandha, astragalus, and all those. They’re supposed to be super good for you, helping with stress and energy. I haven’t gone full-on into those yet, but they’re on my list to try. I picked up some ashwagandha the other day but haven’t cracked it open yet. Maybe I’ll give it a whirl this weekend.
Honestly, the whole herbal astrology thing has been a wild ride. I started out just curious, and now I’m here, spritzing essential oils and brewing weird teas. But you know what? It’s been fun. And who knows, maybe there’s something to it. Either way, my place smells great, and I’ve definitely expanded my tea collection. That’s a win in my book.
