Alright, let’s gab a bit about these astrology folks online, the ones the young’uns call “influencers.” Don’t rightly know what that means, but they sure do get a lot of attention. Seems like everyone’s lookin’ at the stars these days, not just for plantin’ crops no more.
Now, I heard tell there’s all sorts of them. Some give you your daily horoscope, tell you if you gonna have a good day or if you should watch out for that mean ol’ rooster down the street. Others, they go deeper, give you a whole readin’, like lookin’ into your soul or somethin’. And then there’s the ones that just give you advice, like how to be happy or how to find a good man. Lord knows, some of these young girls need all the help they can get these days!
I saw this one girl on that TikTok thingy my grandson showed me. Maren Altman, they called her. Said she was one of the first to talk about astrology on there. Don’t know what TikTok is, but she seemed real popular. Lots of folks listenin’ to what she had to say about the stars.
Then there’s this other one, Isabella Mezzadri. Says she can help you live a life that’s true to yourself, whatever that means. Guess it’s about bein’ happy and doin’ what you’re meant to do. Sounds nice enough, I reckon.
- They got all sorts of ways of doin’ it too.
- Some read your palms, some look at the stars, some use them fancy cards.
- Don’t rightly understand it all, but folks seem to like it.
And you know, they say some folks is just born to be good at talkin’ to people and gettin’ attention. Like them Leos and Libras. Always been charmin’ folks, them. And them Geminis, they can talk your ear off! Sagittarius folks, they’re always lookin’ for somethin’ new, and Aquarius folks, they got their own way of thinkin’. Then there’s them Taurus folks, steady as a rock, they are. They say these signs are good at bein’ influencers, whatever that is. Fashion, beauty, travel, you name it, they can probably talk you into buyin’ it.
I even heard tell about someone called Sohini Sastri gettin’ some fancy award from a big group called the International Vedic Astrology Federation over in America. Sounded real important, that did. Guess she knows her stuff when it comes to the stars.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ I believe in all this star talk. But it’s somethin’, ain’t it? Folks lookin’ for answers, lookin’ for somethin’ to believe in. And if these influencers can give ’em a little bit of hope, well, maybe that ain’t such a bad thing. Long as they ain’t causin’ no trouble, and ain’t chargin’ folks an arm and a leg for it. Times are hard enough as it is.
Seems like there’s a whole bunch of ’em out there. Hundreds, they say. You can even join some kinda group to keep up with ’em all. Don’t know why you’d want to do that, but to each their own, I guess.
So that’s the lowdown on these astrology influencers, as best as I can tell. They talk about the stars, give advice, and folks seem to like ’em. More power to ’em, I say. Just don’t forget to look after your own garden and tend to your own chickens, that’s what I say. That’s the real stars right there – the ones you can eat!
Remember now, just ’cause someone on the internet says it, don’t make it gospel. Use your common sense, and don’t go spendin’ all your money on star readings. A good cup of tea and a chat with a friend can do you just as much good, most of the time.
