Okay, so today I’m gonna talk about tarot card links. You know, I’ve been messing around with tarot cards for a while now, and I always found it a pain to keep track of all the meanings and stuff. So, I decided to do something about it.
First, I gathered all my tarot books and notes. Man, I had a lot of them scattered around. Then, I started thinking about how I could organize all this info. I figured the best way would be to create some sort of system where I could easily link the cards to their meanings.
I spent a good chunk of time just brainstorming. I thought about making a physical card system, but that seemed like too much work. Then it hit me – I could use a digital system! I started playing around with some basic spreadsheet software, nothing fancy. I created columns for the card name, the suit, the number, and then a bunch of columns for different types of meanings – upright, reversed, general keywords, you name it.
It was a grind, honestly. I spent days inputting information. I copied stuff from my books, typed up my own interpretations, and even found some decent stuff online that I added to my spreadsheet. I made sure everything was consistent and easy to read. I even color-coded some cells to make things pop a bit more.
After a while, I realized I needed a way to quickly jump between cards. So, I figured out how to make internal links within the spreadsheet. I linked each card name to a separate sheet where I had more detailed information. That way, I could just click on a card and boom, I’d have all the info I needed right there.
- First, I gather data.
- Second, I think about how to do it.
- Then, I try to create columns for the card.
- After that, I copy and type info into the spreadsheet.
- Finally, I add links between cards.
It took a ton of time and effort, but I finally finished it. Now, I have this awesome digital system for tarot card meanings. It’s so much easier to find what I’m looking for, and it’s actually kind of fun to use. I can add notes, update meanings, and basically customize the whole thing to fit my needs.
What I did
Basically, I created a big old spreadsheet to keep track of tarot card meanings. I put in all the cards, their meanings, and added a way to link between them. It was a lot of work, but it was totally worth it. I even added a separate sheet for each card to contain more detailed information.
What happened
Now, I have a super useful tool for tarot reading. I can quickly find what I need, and I don’t have to flip through a million books anymore. It’s made my tarot practice way smoother, and I’m actually learning more because I can easily cross-reference different meanings and interpretations.
So yeah, that’s my tarot card link story. It wasn’t easy, but I’m really glad I did it. It just goes to show that a little bit of effort can go a long way. You may also try to do it and enjoy it.
