Okay, so today was the day – Exam 4 in Psychology 101. I’ve been kinda nervous about this one, it’s a big chunk of the grade, you know?

I started by reviewing all my notes from the last few weeks. Seriously, I went all the way back to the beginning of those chapters. My notes are a mess, half-typed, half-handwritten, with doodles everywhere, but hey, it’s my mess.
Review, Review, Review!
- First, I went through the textbook chapters again. Skimmed the big headings, read the summaries, tried to remember the examples the professor used in class.
- Then, my notes. I had to decipher some of my own handwriting, which is always an adventure.
- Next, I looked back at the old quizzes. Some of those questions were tricky, so I wanted to make sure I understood the answers this time around.
I spent a good couple of hours on this, just going over and over the material. I even tried explaining some of the concepts out loud to my cat. He wasn’t impressed, but it helped me, I think.
The Actual Exam
Finally, it was time to take the exam. Logged into the online system, took a deep breath, and started. Some of the questions were pretty straightforward, like, “What’s the difference between classical and operant conditioning?” I felt good about those.
But then there were some that made me stop and think. Stuff about specific studies, or applying concepts to real-life situations. I did my best, tried to remember what we talked about in class, and just went with my gut on a few of them.

Finished!
After about an hour and a half, I was done. I clicked the “submit” button and… that was it. Now it’s just a waiting game. I’m hoping for the best, but honestly, who knows? Psych can be a bit tricky sometimes.
Anyway, that’s my Exam 4 saga. Now I’m gonna go relax and try not to think about it for a while. Pizza and a movie sound pretty good right now.
