Getting Started
First things first, I gathered all my materials. This meant digging out my notes from lectures, finding the relevant chapters in the textbook, and making sure I had all those online resources printed out or bookmarked. My desk looked like a paper explosion, but hey, organized chaos, right?
The Review Process
- Notes, Notes, Notes: I started by going through my lecture notes. I try to take pretty decent notes in class, but there are always gaps, so I used the textbook to fill those in. I highlighted the key concepts and made little notes in the margins when something clicked.
- Textbook Time: Next, I tackled the textbook chapters. I didn’t re-read everything word-for-word, but I skimmed through, paying extra attention to the sections that felt fuzzy or that my professor had emphasized in class.
- Practice Makes Perfect(ish): One of the best way that l found pratical for me is to use practice questions. I looked for any practice quizzes or tests provided by the instructor. They really help pinpoint the areas where I’m still shaky.
Feeling Good(For Now)
By the end of the day, I felt way better about Exam 4. Going back to my study,I reviewed every important notes and key concepts. I still have a few areas to work on, but I’ve got a solid foundation now. Tomorrow, it’s all about practice tests and maybe a little last-minute cramming. Wish me luck!
