Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “onion horoscope” thing pop up all over my socials, and, you know me, I gotta try everything at least once. I’m usually not one for astrology but, this sounded funny. I’m going to share my full process of “the onion horoscope”.
Find My Horoscope
First things first, I needed to find my actual horoscope, right? The Onion, classic. I searched, and boom, there they were, all laid out nice and neat.
- I looked up “The Onion Horoscopes” and scrolled down.
- I read a few, picked my sign, which is Libra. Classic Libra, always seeking balance… and hilarious horoscopes, apparently.
The Reading
I read the things that is written for Libra:

You will be given the opportunity to try out a new catchphrase this week, but you will blow it by not committing.
Real Talk Time
Honestly, I felt a weird mix of “Wait, is this accurate?” So, I took a day to just… see what happened. Did I chicken out on any catchphrases? Did I stumble into any surprisingly deep conversations?
I started with the “catchphrase” part. I tried to throw out a few random “cool” sayings, most ended up with awkward glances.
Then i tried to apply to my daily life. Not gonna lie, some of it was really funny, some of it… well, let’s just say I’m glad I’m not taking life advice from a satirical news site.
The Verdict
Okay, so, final thoughts? It’s fun! Is it going to change my life? No. Did it give me a few laughs and make me think a bit more about myself and the world around me? Totally.
I wouldn’t swap it for any real-world planning, but for a bit of fun, it’s golden.
