Okay, so today I was trying to check out the “San Jose Mercury Horoscope.” You know, just for fun, to see what the stars have in store for me. I’m not really a big believer in this stuff, but sometimes it’s interesting to see what they say.
First, I tried to find the thing. Usually, I just check the newspaper, but I didn’t have one on hand. I remembered that everything’s online these days, so I grabbed my phone and opened up the browser.
Then I typed in “San Jose Mercury Horoscope” into the search bar. A bunch of results popped up, but I clicked on the first one that looked right. It took me to a page with all the zodiac signs listed out.

I scrolled down until I found my sign. I clicked on it and it opened up a new page with my horoscope for the day.
It said something about “new opportunities” and “taking chances.” Pretty generic stuff, if you ask me. But hey, it was kind of fun to read anyway. I read through the whole thing, even though it was a bit long.
After I finished reading, I closed the browser and put my phone down. I thought about what the horoscope said for a few minutes, but then I just went on with my day. I mean, it’s not like I’m going to base any major life decisions on a horoscope, right?
