This year, Halloween, I gotta tell ya, I saw somethin’. It’s called a Halloween Tarot Deck. Ain’t never seen nothin’ like it before. Tarot cards, they say. I say, what the heck is this for?.
What’s this Halloween Tarot Deck?
So, these cards, they got all sorts of spooky pictures on ’em. They are so many types. Like, you got your ghosts, your goblins, and your pumpkins. Even got them black cats and witches flyin’ around on brooms. Each card, it’s like a little story, but I ain’t got the foggiest what they’re supposed to mean. Some folks, they use ’em to tell the future, or so they say. I just think they’re kinda neat lookin’.
I heard some folks talkin’ ’bout gettin’ these cards on Etsy. They say it’s a place where you can get all sorts of custom-made things. I saw it. They say you can get unique tarot cards. Well, I reckon that’s somethin’. If you’re into that sort of thing. I don’t know. If you want one, just go Etsy to get one. Everyday you can find one. Maybe top sellers. I don’t care.

Now, if you’re itchin’ to get your hands on a Halloween Tarot Deck, there’s a few places you can look.
- That Etsy place, like I said. Lots of folks makin’ their own versions of these cards. You might find one you like there.
- Then there’s Amazon. They got everything under the sun, so I reckon they got these cards too. And probably cheaper. I saw some beginner’s deck. Cheap. Low price.
- And don’t forget about eBay. It’s like a giant yard sale online. You can find all sorts of things there, maybe even a used deck of these Halloween cards. They said they have money back. So don’t worry.
Using the Deck for Fortune Telling?
Now, I heard some people talk about how to use these cards to tell your fortune. They say each card has a special meaning. Like, one card, “The World”, means you’re gonna have success and get some money. Or maybe go on a trip. But if it’s upside down, it means you’re stuck and nothin’s gonna change. Sounds like a load of hogwash to me, but who am I to judge?
They say this Rider-Waite Tarot deck is the best one for beginners. It’s the most popular one, they say. The pictures are easy to understand. Even if you don’t know nothin’ about tarot, you can probably figure it out. Good for newbies. If you want to learn, just buy this one.
And they say, tarot can help kids trust their own feelings. How that happens? I don’t know. Kids don’t know how to trust. But some people said so. Maybe it’s true. But I don’t have kids. So I don’t know.
Why a Halloween Deck?
Why a Halloween deck, you ask? Well, I reckon it’s ’cause Halloween is a spooky time. People like to dress up and pretend to be somethin’ they’re not. These cards, they fit right in with all that. They’re spooky and mysterious. And they make you think about things you don’t normally think about. Like the future, and what it might hold. They also have statues or meditation sets. I don’t what they are.
Me, I just like the pictures. They remind me of when I was a little girl, and we used to tell ghost stories around the campfire. Those were good times. Simple times. Before all this internet and these fancy tarot cards.
