Okay, so yesterday I tried this tarot reading thing. I have seen a lot of people talking about it, so I was like, why not give it a shot? I’ve always been kinda curious about this stuff, you know?
First, I got myself a deck of tarot cards. I just picked one that looked cool to me, with some really nice artwork. Then I found a quiet spot in my house. It was important to me that I was in a peaceful and comfortable environment. I wanted to be able to fully focus on the experience.
- I started by shuffling the cards. Honestly, it was kind of awkward at first because they are way bigger than regular playing cards. But I did my best. I tried to just clear my mind, focus on my life, and what I wanted to know more about.
- Then I spread the cards out on the floor. I picked three cards – one for the past, one for the present, and one for the future. It was kind of exciting, like what would they say?
- When I turned the cards over, I saw the images and tried to get a feel for what they might mean. I tried to think about what the symbols on the cards represented. I didn’t really know the official meanings, so I just went with my gut feeling.
- The first card, for the past, it showed a figure holding a bunch of coins. I thought maybe it had something to do with my old job, you know, working hard for money.
- The second card, the present one, it was like a person juggling a lot of things. And I was like, yeah, that’s me right now! I felt that. I’ve got so much going on, trying to balance everything.
- The future card, it had a picture of a big, bright sun. I took that as a good sign. Maybe it meant good things are coming, some positive change. It gave me some hope, I guess.
I wrote down what I thought each card meant in my little notebook. I didn’t want to forget this experience. Then, I gathered the cards back up and put them away. The whole thing was pretty interesting. I mean, I don’t know if I believe in it 100%, but it did make me think about my life from a different perspective. And the cards were beautiful. I felt like they gave me some clarity and maybe some direction, you know?
I might try it again sometime. Maybe I’ll even look up what the cards are supposed to mean, just to see how close I was. But yeah, it was a cool experience. I think everyone should try it at least once, just to see what it’s all about. It’s like a little self-reflection journey or something. I’ll keep doing it and see what else I can discover about myself.
