Okay, here is my personal experience about today’s tarot card reading, enjoy it!
So, today I tried out this thing called the “Horseshoe Tarot Spread.” I heard about it from a friend who’s way into tarot, and I thought, why not give it a shot? I mean, I’ve always been curious about tarot cards, but I never really knew where to start. This seemed like a good way to dip my toes in the water.
First off, I had to find my tarot deck. It was tucked away in a drawer, a bit dusty, but still in good shape. I gave the cards a good shuffle, just like my friend taught me. The shuffling part is kind of relaxing, like a little meditation before the reading.
Next, I laid out the cards. The Horseshoe Spread uses seven cards, and you arrange them in a horseshoe shape. I’m not gonna lie, it felt a little silly at first, but once I got into it, it was actually pretty cool.
Here’s how I set up the cards:
- Card 1: This one went at the bottom left of the horseshoe. It’s supposed to represent the past influences.
- Card 2: Right above Card 1, this one is about the present situation.
- Card 3: At the top left, this card is meant to show hidden influences.
- Card 4: This one’s at the very top of the horseshoe, and it talks about the obstacles you’re facing.
- Card 5: Top right, this card is about the surrounding environment.
- Card 6: Right below Card 5, this one tells you what you should do.
- Card 7: At the bottom right, this card shows the likely outcome.
Once the cards were laid out, I took a deep breath and started flipping them over one by one. I have to say, it was a little nerve-wracking. I mean, what if the cards told me something I didn’t want to hear? But I figured, it’s all in good fun, right?
I won’t bore you with the details of every single card I drew, but I’ll tell you, some of them were surprisingly on point. Like, the card representing my present situation totally nailed what I’ve been going through lately. It was a little freaky, to be honest.
And the card that was supposed to show the likely outcome? Well, let’s just say it gave me something to think about. It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but it wasn’t bad either. It was more like a nudge in a certain direction, you know?
After the reading, I spent some time reflecting on the cards and what they might mean. I even wrote down some notes in my journal, just to keep track of everything. I think it’s important to look for connections between the cards and your own life. It’s not about predicting the future, but more about gaining some insight into yourself and your situation.
Overall, I’d say my first experience with the Horseshoe Tarot Spread was pretty positive. It was fun, a little mysterious, and definitely thought-provoking. I’m not sure if I’m a total tarot convert yet, but I’m definitely open to trying it again. Maybe next time I’ll even try a different spread, just to see what else is out there.
So, if you’re curious about tarot, I’d say go for it! Just remember to keep an open mind and have fun with it. Who knows, you might even learn something about yourself along the way. And if you want to practice the horseshoe spread, just follow the steps I wrote!
