Okay, so the other day, I got this idea to play around with something called a “Kabbalistic Astrology Calculator.” I’d heard a bit about Kabbalah and how it connects to astrology, but I’d never really dug into it. Seemed like a fun little project to see what it was all about.
Getting Started
First, I needed to find one of these calculators. So, I did what anyone would do – fired up my browser and started searching. I found a bunch of websites offering this kind of thing. It looks like you can calculate your Kabbalistic sign, which is connected to the Hebrew alphabet. Interesting, right?
Inputting My Details
I picked one site that looked pretty straightforward. I needed to put in my birth date, time, and place. Kind of like a regular astrology chart. Punched all that in, hit “calculate,” and waited to see what would happen. I found a few of them offer it for free, so that’s a plus. It said I could get my “Kabbalistic Mazal Horoscope” with this “Jewish Astrology Tool.”
The Results
Boom! The results popped up, and it was a lot of information. It gave me my Kabbalistic sign, which is based on something called “Mazal” or Hebrew astrology. I saw something called the “Tree of Life” chart, which looks pretty complex. They say Kabbalistic astrology is all about looking at the world through the lens of your soul. Cool concept. I guess it ties into the 10 “sefirot,” which represent different qualities or energies. And 22 paths? That’s a lot to take in.
There were also details about my personality, my strengths, and my weaknesses. Some of it resonated, some of it, I wasn’t so sure about. It mentioned something about planetary hours, which I guess comes from some old book on Kabbalah. I’ll have to look into that later.
Diving Deeper
This was just scratching the surface. I saw that some places offer personalized chart readings. I guess you can get even more in-depth analysis of your personality and energies. They call it a “Kabbalistic Astrology Chart Reading.” It gives you the position of the stars when you were born and all that jazz.
From what I gather, Kabbalah and astrology have a pretty deep connection. It’s all about searching for meaning by looking at the stars, but in a mystical way. I’m not sure if I buy into all of it, but it’s definitely interesting to learn about.
What I Learned
- Kabbalistic astrology is a thing. Who knew?
- It’s connected to the Hebrew alphabet. Each sign corresponds to a letter.
- The Tree of Life is a big deal in Kabbalah. It’s got these 10 nodes (sefirot) and 22 paths.
- You can get your chart calculated online. Some places offer it for free, others do personalized readings.
- It’s about understanding your soul. That’s the main focus of this type of astrology.
I might mess around with this some more. It’s kind of a fun way to explore a different perspective on astrology and maybe learn a bit more about myself in the process. Or at least have a good time playing with these online calculators. It’s definitely got me curious about the whole Kabbalah thing now.
