Alright, folks, gather around! Today, I wanna share a little experiment I did with something called Kalan Astrology Dice. I’m not really into astrology, but I saw these dice online and thought, “Why not?” It looked kinda fun, and I was curious to see what all the fuss was about.
So, I ordered a set, and man, they arrived pretty fast. They came in this cute little box, felt all fancy and all. Inside were three 12-sided dice, each with different symbols on them. One had zodiac signs, like Aries, Taurus, you know the drill. Another had planets, like Mars, Jupiter, the usual suspects. And the last one had these things called “houses” which, to be honest, I still don’t fully get.
First thing I did was just roll them a few times to see how they felt. They were a bit bigger than regular dice, but not too clunky. Kinda nice to hold, actually. Then, I tried to figure out how to actually use these things. There wasn’t a super clear instruction manual, so I went online and did some digging.
Seems like you’re supposed to ask a question, roll the dice, and then try to interpret the symbols that come up. It’s kinda like those tarot cards, but with dice. I guess they’re used for fortune-telling or something, which is not usually my cup of tea, but I was in too deep now, so I had to try at least a few times, right?
- My first question was pretty basic: “What should I have for dinner?” I rolled the dice, and I got Gemini, the Moon, and the 5th house. I looked up what those meant, and apparently, it suggests something social, maybe with family, and something creative. So, I ended up ordering pizza with my family and watching a movie. Not exactly what the dice predicted, but it was still a fun little experiment.
- Next, I asked, “Will I have a good day tomorrow?” The dice showed Cancer, Saturn, and the 10th house. From what I gathered, this hinted at a day focused on responsibilities and maybe some challenges at work. And you know what? I did have a pretty busy day at work the next day, with a few unexpected issues popping up. Maybe there’s something to these dice after all.
- Then my wife wanted to try it. Her question is “Where should we travel this year?” The dice showed Sagittarius, Jupiter and the 9th house. After checking, it seems we can consider traveling to somewhere far, maybe to learn about different cultures. So we decide to go to Southeast Asia for our vacation, which is quite a cool place for exploring cultures.
I did a few more rolls, some made more sense than others. It was all pretty vague, but it was interesting to see how the symbols could be interpreted in different ways. I even tried to write down the results, just to see if anything lined up later on. I don’t think I’m gonna become a full-blown astrologer anytime soon, but it was a fun little experience.
My Final Thoughts
These Kalan Astrology Dice are a neat little novelty item, I gotta say. It is not like reading the book, you need to read 1,000,000 books to know what to do. They’re fun to play around with, and they might even spark some interesting conversations. If you’re into astrology or just looking for something different, give them a shot. It’s not like I’m suddenly going to be predicting the future or anything, but it’s a fun way to kill some time and maybe, just maybe, get a little insight into something you weren’t expecting, just remember it provides accurate answer for short-term forecast, might be not working well on long term.
And hey, who knows, maybe I’ll roll them again sometime when I’m feeling particularly indecisive about something. After all, sometimes it’s fun to just roll the dice and see what happens, right?
