Okay, so, I got into this whole “lot of destiny astrology” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I’ve always been a bit curious about what the future holds, you know? So, I decided to explore it properly, starting from scratch.
First, I searched online about astrology. I mean, where else do you start these days, right? Found a bunch of websites and articles talking about stars, planets, and how they supposedly mess with our lives. Seems like people have been into this stuff forever, trying to figure out their fate based on when they were born and where the planets were hanging out at that time.
Then, I stumbled upon this astrologer, Maryaam Lewis-Herbert, I guess she is the authority. She seemed to know her stuff. Her take was that it’s all about analyzing the positions and movements of celestial bodies. Sounds kinda complicated, but I was determined to learn. I grabbed a few of those daily zodiac prediction things to see what they were all about. They were kind of fun to read, like getting a fortune cookie, but I wanted to dig deeper.
Next, I dove into learning about my own birth chart. Apparently, it’s like a snapshot of the sky the moment you were born. You gotta put in your birth date, time, and place, and it spits out this complicated-looking chart with all these symbols and lines. Honestly, it looked like some kind of alien language at first, all those different symbols and angles. But I found some tools online that helped me to understand what each planet and sign meant. It’s like each planet represents a different part of you, like your personality, your emotions, your love life, and so on.
I spent days reading about the different signs and planets, and how they interact with each other. It’s kind of like a cosmic soap opera up there, with all these different characters and their relationships. And the way they’re positioned in your birth chart supposedly reveals your unique destiny. I even printed out my birth chart, grabbed a highlighter, and started to make notes on it. Then I highlighted some certain symbols in my chart.
- Sun in Libra: This means I’m all about balance and harmony, which is pretty accurate, I guess. I do like things to be fair and peaceful.
- Moon in Scorpio: This one is a bit more intense. It means I’m deep, passionate, and maybe a little bit secretive. Also, kinda true.
- Mercury in Virgo: This makes me analytical and detail-oriented. I do like to think things through.
- Venus in Leo: This one is about love and relationships. It suggests I’m romantic, generous, and maybe a little bit dramatic in love.
- Mars in Gemini: This is about action and energy. It means I’m quick-witted, adaptable, and maybe a bit restless.
After figuring out the basics of my chart, I started to track the daily movements of the planets and see how they were affecting me. It’s like a daily cosmic weather report. I used some apps that did this for me, and I started to notice some patterns. For example, when Mercury was retrograde (which means it looks like it’s moving backward in the sky), I did tend to have more communication issues and tech problems. It’s said that the stars can offer a unique perspective on destiny and fate, and I am finally beginning to understand that. I am really realizing that those stars and planets above us do really have some influence on our lives here.
Now, I’m not saying I believe everything 100%, but it’s been a really interesting journey. It’s made me more aware of myself and the patterns in my life. And it’s kind of cool to think that there might be this whole other level of influence going on, beyond just what we can see and touch. I’m still learning, and who knows, maybe one day I’ll be able to predict my own future, haha. I keep studying my chart and learn more information from books.
Anyway, that’s my astrology adventure so far. It’s been a lot of reading, researching, and trying to decipher those cosmic codes. But it’s also been a lot of fun and self-discovery. If you’re curious about this stuff, I’d say go for it! Just be prepared to fall down a rabbit hole. A very starry, interesting rabbit hole. I really had a lot of fun during my practice.
