So, yesterday I did something I’ve been meaning to try for a while now – a tarot reading, specifically about love. I mean, who doesn’t want a little insight into their romantic life, right? I’ve always been curious about what a certain someone thinks of me, so I decided to focus my reading on that. I titled it “love tarot what he thinks of me,” pretty straightforward, huh?
First, I set the mood. I lit some candles, put on some chill music, and just tried to get myself into a relaxed, open state of mind. I’ve heard that’s important for a good reading. Then, I took out my tarot deck. I’m still a newbie, so I’ve been using this one that has keywords on each card to help me remember the meanings.
I shuffled the cards while thinking about him and the question, “What does he think of me?” I did this for a good few minutes, just trying to focus my energy. Then, I cut the deck into three piles and put them back together. I don’t know if that’s the “right” way to do it, but it felt right to me.
Next, I laid out the cards. I decided to go with a simple three-card spread, past, present, future. I don’t have experience with more complex spreads yet.
- The first card, representing the past, was the Ace of Cups. This card, from what I understand, is all about new beginnings in love and emotional fulfillment. It made me think about how things started between us, that initial spark and excitement.
- The second card, representing the present, was the Lovers. Talk about hitting the nail on the head! This card is about love, choices, and relationships. It’s like the tarot deck was confirming that my question was valid, and that there is indeed a connection between us.
- The third card, representing the future, was the Two of Cups. This card is about partnerships, mutual respect, and a strong bond. It felt really positive and hopeful, like maybe there’s potential for a deeper connection between us.
After laying out the cards, I spent some time just looking at them, taking in the imagery and the keywords. I also referred to the little guidebook that came with the deck to get a more in-depth understanding of each card’s meaning.
My Interpretation
Based on these cards, I got the feeling that he might have thought of me as a person with a great potential, someone he was excited about getting to know, and may be the person he want to be with. Currently, he sees me as someone he’s genuinely interested in, someone he feels a strong connection with, someone he feels affection for. And in the future? Well, it seems like he might see us as a team, a partnership built on mutual respect and a strong emotional bond. At least, that’s how I interpreted it.
Honestly, the whole experience was pretty cool. I don’t know if tarot cards can really predict the future or reveal someone’s exact thoughts, but it felt like a meaningful way to reflect on my feelings and hopes for this relationship. I’ll definitely be doing more readings in the future. Maybe I’ll even try a more complex spread next time!
