Okay, so, like, all day I’ve been dragging. Seriously, I felt like I was moving through quicksand. And I was racking my brain, like, “Did I eat something weird? Did I not sleep enough?” Nope, nothing out of the ordinary. Then it hit me – maybe it’s the stars or something.
So, I pulled out my phone and started googling. I went straight to my trusty astrology app, you know, the one that always gives me those vague, but oddly accurate, daily horoscopes.
Digging into the Cosmos
First, I checked my sun sign, because, duh, that’s the basics. Nothing too crazy there, just the usual “take it easy” kind of message. But I was still feeling wiped, so I knew there had to be more to it.
Then I dove deeper. I looked at my rising sign and my moon sign. I even checked the aspects – you know, like when the planets are all lined up or fighting each other in the sky. My moon sign, wow there was some activity. And things got a little complicated.

- I went to read my rising sign, and saw some words.
- I read others’ experiences from a form.
I saw other people online saying they felt the same way. It’s like we were all collectively going through it! Someone mentioned a “heavy transit” involving Neptune, which, honestly, I don’t totally understand, but it sounded…exhausting.
So, what did I do? I decided to just lean into it. I skipped my usual evening workout and just…relaxed. I brewed a cup of that sleepy-time tea, I put on my comfiest pajamas, and I just let myself be tired. I mean, if the stars are telling me to chill, who am I to argue?
Whether it’s actually astrology or just a coincidence, it felt good to have some kind of explanation, you know? And, hey, any excuse for a little extra self-care is a good one in my book.
