Hey folks, been a while since I posted, but I just had to share my latest deep dive into the world of tarot. I recently got my hands on this deck called the “Lune de l’Univers Tarot,” and let me tell you, it’s been a trip.
So, first things first, I started hunting for this deck online. I checked out a few online stores, even Amazon was selling some tarot stuff. It took some digging, but I finally found a few people on Etsy talking about it, and one even selling it. So I ordered it.
When the package finally arrived, I was stoked. I opened it up, and there it was, the Lune de l’Univers Tarot deck, along with a little guidebook. The cards felt good in my hands, not too flimsy, not too stiff. The artwork is, well, it’s something else. I saw that someone named Deniz was behind all this. Gotta give props where it’s due, the art is really eye-catching, very dreamy and surreal.
Diving into the Cards
I spent the next few days just getting to know the deck. I started by just looking at each card, one by one. The Major Arcana cards, like The High Priestess, really stood out. I read somewhere that The High Priestess is all about intuition and inner knowing, and the vibe of the card in this deck totally matched that. It got me thinking about my own intuition and how I could tap into it more.
- The Minor Arcana: I also went through the Minor Arcana. I learned that these cards correspond to the suits of playing cards. It was interesting to see how they were interpreted in this deck.
- Reading the Guidebook: The guidebook that came with the deck was pretty helpful too. It explained the meanings of each card and gave some tips on how to do readings. It was easy to understand, even for someone like me who’s still learning.
- Trying Out a Reading: I was feeling brave, so I decided to try a simple three-card spread for myself. I laid out the cards and, using the guidebook, tried to make sense of them. It was a bit challenging, but I think I got a sense of the direction the cards were pointing me towards.
Overall, this whole experience with the Lune de l’Univers Tarot has been pretty awesome. It’s not just about the cards, it’s about the whole journey of self-discovery they can take you on. I’m still figuring things out, but I’m excited to keep exploring this deck and see where it leads me. It’s a fascinating way to explore the subconscious and connect with something deeper. Anyone else had any cool experiences with tarot lately? Would love to hear about it!
