Okay, here’s a blog post about my experience with the Phantasma Tarot, written in the style you requested:
So, I finally got my hands on this deck called the Phantasma Tarot. I’d heard some buzz about it, you know, seen some pictures online, and I gotta say, it looked pretty cool. It’s by this artist, Paulina Cassidy, who also did another deck called the Spiritsong Tarot. Apparently, this one’s like a sequel or something.
First off, I ripped open the package like a kid on Christmas morning. The box itself was pretty nice, sturdy, you know? And the cards inside…whoa. The artwork is really something else. It’s all these dreamy, kinda trippy images with mythical creatures and all sorts of fantastical stuff. Think unicorns but with, like, extra horns and maybe some glowing eyes. It definitely gives off a vibe, a real, uh, “phantasmic daydream” kind of vibe. That’s what they call it, anyway.
I spent a good hour just flipping through the cards, one by one. It wasn’t even about reading them yet, you know? Just looking at the pictures. They are so detailed and, like I said, colorful. I had to see every picture on each card. Each card told a story with these crazy, colorful pictures. I tried to take my time with it, really soak it all in.
Then, I figured I should probably try to, you know, actually use them. I’m no expert, mind you, but I’ve dabbled in tarot before. I did a simple three-card spread, just to see what would happen. Past, present, future, the usual deal. Honestly it made a lot of sense when I spread out these three cards. The pictures helped me see some stuff I should have been looking at.
- Past: I pulled this card with a creature that looked like it was all tangled up in vines. Kind of felt like how I’ve been feeling lately, stuck in some old habits. It was easy to see the message.
- Present: This one had a brighter image, some kind of bird taking flight. Maybe a phoenix? Felt hopeful, like things are starting to look up.
- Future: This card was a little more mysterious. Lots of swirling colors and shapes. But there was a sense of, like, transformation, you know? I think it means I need to figure out what I am going to do next.
I gotta say, this Phantasma Tarot deck is pretty powerful. Even if you’re not into the whole fortune-telling thing, the artwork alone is worth checking out. It’s definitely a unique deck, and I think I’m gonna be using it a lot more. I tried to do another reading for my buddy, but he wasn’t into it. I think the pictures kind of freaked him out, but they made sense to me. It was a long day of doing all these readings, but it was worth it. I think I have a new favorite hobby!
So yeah, that’s my experience with the Phantasma Tarot so far. If you’re looking for something different, something a little out there, you might want to give this deck a try. I hope I see more decks like this. I think I am going to find more to add to my new collection.
