Alright, so the other day I got this crazy idea to mess around with astrology for my business. I mean, why not, right? People use it for their personal lives, so I thought, “Let’s give it a shot for my business planning.”
First things first, I started digging around to figure out how to even set up an astrological chart for a business. Turns out, it’s not that different from doing one for a person. The main thing is, you need a “birth” moment for your business. Now, I didn’t have an exact time when I officially started my business, like you do with a person’s birth. So, I used the date I registered my business. I figured that’s close enough.
Once I had my date, I went online and found this free chart calculator. It was super easy. I just plugged in the date, time, and place of my business registration. Boom! I had my business’s birth chart.
Then came the fun part – interpreting it. I had to learn what all those symbols and lines meant. Planets, houses, aspects… it was like learning a new language! I started reading up on what each planet represents in astrology. For example, I learned that:
- Mercury is all about communication and marketing.
- Venus relates to finances and customer relationships.
- Mars is about drive, ambition, and competition.
I also learned about the houses. Each house represents a different area of life, or in this case, business. Like, the 10th house is about your public image and career, the 2nd house is about your finances and resources, and so on. It was wild how much detail there was.
I spent hours looking at my business chart, seeing where each planet was located and how they were interacting with each other. I found out that my Mercury was in the 10th house, which I guess means I should focus on public communication. My Venus was in the 2nd house, so maybe I’ll do well with finances, fingers crossed!
After I had a basic understanding of my chart, I started thinking about how I could use this info. I decided to start small. For example, I looked at when Mercury would be in retrograde because I heard that’s not a great time to launch new things or sign contracts. I figured I’d avoid major decisions during those times.
Next, I started looking at the upcoming planetary transits. I found out that Jupiter was going to be moving into my 2nd house soon. From what I read, that’s a good sign for financial growth. So, I’m planning to launch a new product around that time, hoping to catch some of that good Jupiter energy.
I also tried to apply some of this stuff to my daily work. When I saw that Mars was in a good position, I used that as a cue to tackle some challenging tasks that required a lot of energy. On days when Venus was highlighted, I focused on networking and building relationships with clients.
Honestly, the whole thing was a bit of an experiment. But I have to say, it was really interesting. I felt like I had a new perspective on my business. Even if you don’t fully believe in astrology, it’s a fun way to think about your goals and strategies. It’s like having a cosmic roadmap.
So, that’s my story about diving into the world of business astrology. It was a wild ride, and I’m still figuring it all out. But so far, it’s been a cool way to add a little magic to my business planning. Who knows, maybe the stars really do have something to tell us about our businesses!
