Okay, so the title of today’s sharing is “poisson horoscope”. I didn’t believe in this stuff before, you know, horoscopes or whatever. But my buddy kept going on about it, so I thought, why not? Let’s give it a shot.
First, I went online and found some information about horoscopes. What a mess! So many websites, and they all said different things. Some were talking about daily predictions, some were into weekly stuff, and others were all about monthly forecasts. It was like, pick your poison! I ended up just grabbing bits and pieces from different places.
Then, I tried to figure out my own horoscope.
- I found this one site that claimed they used NASA data, which sounded pretty legit. They had this astrologer guy, Russell Grant, who seemed to know his stuff. He had these forecasts for each star sign, and I’m a Poisson, or at least that’s what they call it.
- I dug into the Poisson’s strengths and weaknesses. Apparently, there’s a whole analysis for this. It was all pretty general, but hey, it was something.
- I tried to follow the daily horoscope for a few days. I’m telling you, it’s kind of like those fortune cookies you get at Chinese restaurants. You can make it fit whatever’s happening in your life if you try hard enough.
Anyway, I kept a little journal of my “horoscope journey.”
Day 1
The horoscope said something vague about “new opportunities.” I had a job interview, so I guess that counted? Didn’t get the job, though. Maybe the stars were wrong.
Day 3
Today’s prediction was about “connecting with loved ones.” I called my mom, and we had a nice chat. So, maybe there’s something to this after all? Or maybe I just wanted to talk to my mom.
Day 7
I was supposed to “focus on my health” according to the stars. I ate a salad for lunch. Does that count? I also stubbed my toe, which definitely didn’t feel healthy. Maybe the universe was punishing me for not taking it seriously.
I have to admit, it was kind of fun for a while. But honestly, I don’t think I’ll be checking my horoscope every day. It’s like, if something good happens, you can say, “Oh, the stars aligned!” And if something bad happens, you can just ignore it. I feel like I am just fooling myself.
So, that’s my adventure into the world of horoscopes. Was it life-changing? Not really. But it was a good reminder that sometimes it’s fun to try something new, even if it’s a bit silly. I still think it’s all a bunch of mumbo jumbo, but hey, to each their own, right?
