Okay, so I got into this whole tarot thing a while back, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I stumbled upon this “Reina Espadas Tarot Tizana” thing online, and it just sounded cool, you know? Queen of Swords, some kind of herbal tea… I was intrigued. So I decided to give it a shot.
First things first, I had to figure out what this “tizana” even was. Turns out, it’s just a fancy word for herbal tea. Okay, cool, I can handle that. I went down a rabbit hole of websites, trying to find what herbs are usually associated with the Queen of Swords in tarot. Seems like people connect her with clarity, mental sharpness, and cutting through the bull, so herbs like mint, rosemary, and maybe some lemon balm seemed to fit the bill.
So, I gathered my ingredients. I already had some dried mint and rosemary in my kitchen. I went to the grocery store and picked up some fresh lemon balm and a lemon. I was feeling pretty good about this whole thing.
- Dried mint leaves – about a tablespoon.
- Dried rosemary – a teaspoon.
- Fresh lemon balm – a small handful of leaves.
- Lemon – just a slice for flavor.
- Honey, you know, for sweetness.
Next, I boiled some water. While it was heating up, I crushed the dried mint and rosemary a little bit. It helps release those good herbal-y smells and flavors. I washed the lemon balm leaves and sliced the lemon. I found this cute little teapot in the back of my cupboard and thought it would be perfect. It made the whole thing feel a bit more special.
Brewing the “Reina Espadas” Tizana
Once the water was boiling, I threw the crushed mint and rosemary into the teapot. Then, I added the fresh lemon balm. I poured the hot water over everything, added the lemon slice and let it all steep for about, like, 5-7 minutes. The whole kitchen started to smell amazing, all minty and herby.
After it steeped, I poured myself a cup. I added a little bit of honey because I like my tea a tad sweet. I sat down in my comfy chair, took a sip, and, honestly, it was pretty good! It was refreshing and kind of invigorating. I felt a little sharper, like I could tackle anything.
Did it magically turn me into the Queen of Swords? Probably not. But it was a fun little experiment, and the tea was delicious. I’ve been drinking it for a few days now when I need a little mental boost. Maybe it’s all in my head, but I feel like it helps me focus better. I will keep doing it!
Anyway, that’s my little adventure with the “Reina Espadas Tarot Tizana”. It was a fun, tasty little journey into the world of tarot and herbal tea. Maybe you’ll give it a try sometime? If you do, let me know what you think!
