Okay, so today I messed around with something called “relationship tarot.” It sounded kinda interesting, so I figured, why not give it a shot? First off, I needed some tarot cards. Luckily, I had an old deck lying around somewhere in the attic. After digging them out and giving them a good dusting, I was ready to roll.
I cleared off my kitchen table – you know, to make it all official-like – and laid out a simple spread I found online. It was a basic three-card thing. I shuffled the cards while thinking about this relationship I’ve been curious about. Just a general, “what’s the deal with this?” kind of vibe, nothing too specific. Then, I took a deep breath and started to pull the cards.
The Reading
- Card 1: I got the Chariot, which is apparently all about having your focus be on something in the future. Felt pretty accurate, to be honest. This whole relationship thing has definitely been on my mind a lot lately, so that is something to think about.
- Card 2: Next up was the Six of Cups. This one’s supposed to represent things that are in your past. Maybe an old flame or something? I mean, it could be a lot of things.
- Card 3: Finally, I pulled the Ace of Pentacles. New beginnings and opportunities, that’s what the internet said. This could possibly mean starting something new, maybe? Or maybe it just means there’s potential for something good to happen. I am curious.
Honestly, the whole process was kind of fun. I don’t know if I really believe in tarot, but it was cool to see how the cards kind of resonated with what’s been going on. This reading seemed to suggest that there is some history there, that the focus is on the future, and that there might be some new opportunities on the horizon.
I spent the rest of the afternoon jotting down some notes about the cards and what they could mean. It was all pretty open to interpretation, which is kind of the point, I guess. I’m not gonna make any big decisions based on this or anything, but it was a neat little exercise. It definitely gave me some things to ponder over my evening cup of tea. Might even try it again sometime, just to see what else the cards might have to say. Who knows!
