Okay, so I saw this movie, “Tarot,” and I got super obsessed with the tarot cards they used. They looked so freaky and cool, I just had to have them. So, I started my little project to get them.

Finding the Images
First things first, I needed pictures of these cards. Good pictures, not some blurry screenshot from the movie.
- I scoured the internet. Movie websites, fan forums, anything I could find.
- I found some promotional materials, some behind-the-scenes stuff.
- Eventually, I stumbled upon some pretty decent images of most of the cards. Score!
Cleaning Up the Images
The images weren’t perfect, though. Some were a little dark, some had weird angles. Time for some digital magic.
- I opened up my trusty photo editing software. Nothing fancy, just something I’m comfortable with.
- I adjusted brightness, contrast, all that jazz.
- I spent a good chunk of time carefully cleaning up the edges, getting rid of any extra stuff.
- I did crop and edit all pictures so all Cards’size looks consistent.
Printing Time!
Now for the fun part – making these things real!
- I search for online print services.
- I picked a print-on-demand shop, and made sure about the card stock, finish, all that good stuff. I wanted these to feel like real tarot cards.
- I uploaded my beautifully cleaned-up images.
- I double-checked, triple-checked everything. Sizes, borders, bleeds… all that print jargon.
- I hit that order button and anxiously waited.
And it finally arrived!
I ripped open that package when the shop deliveried. Inside, The cards looked fantastic!

So, yeah, that’s how I made my own deck of “Tarot” movie tarot cards. It took some time, some digging, and a little bit of editing, but it was totally worth it. Now I have a super unique deck that’s a real conversation starter. It’s my new favorite toy for now!
