Alright, so I’ve been meaning to get more organized with my tarot stuff, and I finally decided to tackle it today. My goal was to create a “tarot cards meaning list pdf,” basically a cheat sheet I could easily reference.
Getting Started
First, I gathered all my tarot books and notes. I had bits and pieces of meanings scribbled everywhere – notebooks, loose papers, even on my phone! I knew I needed to consolidate everything.
I decided the best way to organize this was to go card by card, starting with the Major Arcana.
Compiling the Meanings
I started with The Fool and worked my way through. For each card, I did the following:
- Read through different interpretations.I looked at my favorite tarot books and checked a few trusted websites to see different perspectives.
- Jot down keywords. For each card, I listed out keywords that resonated with me. Things like “new beginnings,” “risk-taking,” and “innocence” for The Fool, for example.
- Write a brief summary. After the keywords, I added a short sentence or two summarizing the card’s overall meaning.
Then I moved to each of the suits and each card of the Minor Arcana.
- Wands
- Cups
- Swords
- Pentacles
I did the same proceedure for each card as above with the Major Arcana.
Creating the PDF
Once I had all my notes organized in a document, it was time to turn it into a PDF. This was easy – I just used the “Save as PDF” option in my word processor. Boom, done!
The Final Result
Now I have a handy PDF that I can print out or keep on my computer or phone. It’s so much easier to have all the meanings in one place, instead of flipping through multiple books or searching online every time I do a reading.
It maybe not looks great, but I made it.
It’s really a relief to finally have this project done!
