Okay, so astrology, right? Everyone’s talking about it, but I just don’t get it. I decided to dig into this whole “dark side of the zodiac” thing to see what the fuss was all about. I mean, come on, “dark side”? Sounds like some Star Wars stuff.
I started by looking up what people hate about each sign. Apparently, Gemini gets a bad rap for being two-faced. People say they are great at changing themselves to fit different situations, and others feel like they can never trust them. This makes a lot of sense because there are always two sides to the same story. Then there’s the dark side, which is supposed to be all the bad stuff we do when we’re angry or stressed. Yeah, I get angry and stressed but wouldn’t go as far as saying I have a “dark side”.
I dove deeper and found some articles talking about the negative traits of each sign. Aries, for example, is labeled as “The Impulsive Warrior.” What does that even mean? They’re supposed to be aggressive and impulsive. Okay, that’s pretty broad. Who isn’t impulsive sometimes?
- Read a bunch of articles about zodiac signs and their supposed dark sides.
- Tried to relate these traits to my own life and the people I know.
- Got frustrated because it all seemed so general and, frankly, kind of silly.
- Decided to stop taking it seriously and just laugh at the absurdity of it all.
The Process
Honestly, the whole thing felt like a waste of time. I tried to understand why people believe in this stuff, but it just didn’t click for me. Your dark side is what you hate most in yourself? It’s your fear of failure? Give me a break. Everyone has flaws and fears. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist or an astrologer to figure that out.
In the end, I realized that astrology is just another way for people to try to make sense of themselves and the world around them. And hey, if it works for them, great. But for me? I’ll stick to reality, thanks. I ended up feeling more confused than when I started. I guess I’ll just keep being me, dark side and all, and leave the star-gazing to someone else.
