I started by reading this Schulman book, which is all about astrology and sex. It was kinda weird at first, ’cause I never really thought about stars and planets having anything to do with, you know… but I was curious.
I went through the whole book. It talks about all the twelve houses in astrology and how they relate to different aspects of your personality, including your sexual desires and stuff. I had to look up my birth chart online, which was a whole process in itself. You gotta put in your birth date, time, and place, and it spits out this chart with a bunch of symbols.
- First, I identified my sun sign, which is supposed to represent your basic personality.
- Then, I looked at the other planets and where they were when I was born.
- The book explains what each planet means in terms of your sexual energy and preferences.
I started to see some patterns, like, I’m a Scorpio and the book talks a lot about how Scorpios are intense and passionate. It was kinda freaky how some of it actually made sense.
It got me thinking about my past relationships, and how maybe some of the issues we had were because our astrological signs clashed. Like, I dated this Gemini once, and the book says Geminis and Scorpios can have a hard time understanding each other’s needs. It was a total mess, I remember, and we are not easy to communicate.
Then, I tried applying this to my current relationship. My partner is a Leo, and the book says Scorpios and Leos can have a really strong connection, but there can also be power struggles. We do have a great connection, but sometimes we both want to be in control. It is just like fire and water.
