Okay, so, I got into this whole astrology thing, and let me tell you, it’s a trip. Lately, I’ve been digging into something called the “Fortuna asteroid.”
First off, I had to figure out what this Fortuna thing even was. Turns out, it’s named after the Roman goddess of fortune and fate. I did some reading, you know, just browsing around, and found out that this asteroid supposedly shows where you might have random luck or ups and downs in your life.
To get started, I pulled up my birth chart. I mean, who doesn’t have their birth chart saved on their phone, right? Anyway, I located my Fortuna, which wasn’t as easy as finding your sun sign, let me tell you. It took a bit of searching, but there it was. Then I found out that you can also calculate something called the “Part of Fortune.” Apparently, it’s a mix of your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. They say it’s where you find success and luck. Mine was a bit tricky to calculate because I’m a night chart person, meaning my Sun is in one of the houses from 1 to 6. The formula I used was Ascendant + Sun – Moon, and boom, there was my Part of Fortune.
- Pulled up my birth chart.
- Located my Fortuna asteroid.
- Calculated my Part of Fortune.
Next, I wanted to see how Fortuna plays with other planets. I learned that trines are like the best thing ever in astrology. And Venus and Jupiter? They’re like the luckiest planets out there. So, having a Venus trine Jupiter in your chart is like hitting the jackpot. I checked mine, and… well, let’s just say I might need to work on that part a bit.
Digging Deeper into Asteroids
But it didn’t stop there. I got curious about other asteroids too. Like, did you know asteroids can represent aspects of your “divine feminine energies”? Yeah, I didn’t either until now. Developing these aspects can apparently help you do better in relationships. It’s like this whole other level of understanding yourself and how you connect with others.
So, I spent a good chunk of time just exploring these different asteroids in my chart – Ceres, Juno, and a bunch of others. It was kind of like a treasure hunt, trying to figure out what each one meant and how it related to me. It’s a lot to take in, honestly. But it’s also pretty cool to see how all these different parts of your chart fit together to make you, you.
I’m still trying to wrap my head around all of this, but it’s been a fun ride so far. It’s like, the more you learn, the more you realize you don’t know. But hey, that’s life, right?
Anyway, I just wanted to share my little adventure into the world of Fortuna and asteroids. It’s a wild, complicated, and sometimes confusing world, but it’s definitely interesting. Who knows, maybe I’ll discover some hidden luck or talent I never knew I had. Fingers crossed!
