Alright, folks, gather ’round, let me tell you about this little experiment I did with something called “Henry Seltzer Astrology.” Now, I’m not really into all that horoscope stuff, but I heard about this Henry Seltzer guy, seems like he’s a big deal in the astrology world, made some software called TimePassages, and I thought, “Why not give it a whirl?”
So, I started digging around, trying to figure out what this whole astrology thing is about. Turns out, this Seltzer guy, he got into it back in ’75, all because of some psychology stuff from a guy named Jung. Interesting, right? Anyway, I found out that Seltzer offers these astrology readings, where you can basically ask him anything about your life – love, money, you name it. And apparently, he uses these planetary patterns to tell you things.
I was curious, so I decided to try one of these readings, but it’s not easy to find him. It’s a little bit confusing. I needed to go to his site, found TimePassages, and finally got his report.
I gave them some basic info, like my birth date and stuff, to get my birth chart. And then, I started looking at the chart, but man, it’s like a whole different language! All these symbols and lines, I had no clue what any of it meant.
Luckily, I found out that Seltzer also has this course where he teaches you how to read these charts. So I signed up for it, thinking it would be a piece of cake. Boy, was I wrong! It’s actually pretty complicated. There’s a lot to learn – all these different houses, planets, aspects, it’s a lot to take in.
Learning by Myself
- Started with the basics: I spent a good chunk of time just trying to understand the basic symbols and what they represent. Like, there’s a symbol for each planet, and they each mean something different.
- Figuring out the houses: Then there are these things called “houses,” which are basically different areas of your life. There are 12 of them, and each one represents something specific, like career, relationships, and so on.
- Looking at the aspects: And then, there are these lines connecting the planets, called “aspects,” and they show the relationships between the planets. Some aspects are good, some are not so good.
It took a while, but I slowly started to piece things together. I practiced reading my own chart, and then I tried reading the charts of some friends and family. It was actually pretty fun, and sometimes, the things the chart said were surprisingly accurate!
So, that’s my little adventure with Henry Seltzer Astrology. It’s definitely not something you can learn overnight, but if you’re willing to put in the time, it’s a pretty interesting way to learn about yourself and others. And who knows, maybe there’s something to this whole astrology thing after all!
